1. Pick Your Room:

• Visit the Dwell Prince Edward website and explore our stylish room options.
• Click on the “Request a Room” button to start your booking process.
• Fill in all required fields in the form, including your personal details, preferred room type, and any additional information.
• Submit your request and give us up to 5 working days for our team to verify your details and get back to you with the next steps to finalize your booking.

2. Seal the Deal: Pay your security deposit by 28 February 2025 to secure your booking.
3. Celebrate & Save: Your supermarket vouchers will be issued within 2 weeks after move-in.

1. Eligibility Criteria:

• Applicants must meet all eligibility requirements stated in their Room Offer/ License Agreement.

2. Security Deposit Payment:

• Full payment of the Security Deposit must be received by the specified deadline to confirm eligibility. Late payments will disqualify the applicant.

3.Voucher Distribution:

• Supermarket vouchers will only be issued to students who successfully check in and fulfill the License Agreement terms.

4. Forfeiture of Promotion:

• If a booking is canceled, amended, or a License Agreement is breached, all promotional benefits will be forfeited.
• Group bookings require all members to move in successfully; failure to do so by any individual will disqualify the entire group from this incentive.

5. Non-Eligible Room Types:

• Only applicable to the above-mentioned room types.

6. Non-Transferability:

• Promotional benefits (waived fees and vouchers) are personal to the named resident and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or refunded.

7. Combined Rewards:

• Students who qualify and complete their room booking during this Spring Festival Promotion period can enjoy both rewards simultaneously.

8. Promotion Limitation:

• While stocks last. Rewards are subject to availability. Once the rooms are fully booked or the allocation for waived management fees or vouchers has been exhausted, no further benefits will be provided.

9. Verification Requirements:

• Dwell Student Living reserves the right to request proof of eligibility and verification (e.g., valid ID, confirmation of student status) before booking confirmation and issuing promotional rewards.

10. Modification of Terms:

• Dwell Student Living reserves the right to amend the promotion mechanics or these terms and conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice.
