📜 Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview:

• The dwell Ho Man Tin and dwell Prince Edward Referral Program (the “Program”) is designed to reward our current residents (“Referrers”) for successfully referring new tenants to our accommodations.
  

2. Eligibility:

• 2.1. Referrer Qualifications. The individual making the referral (the “Referrer”) must:
• (a) be a current resident of dwell Ho Man Tin or dwell Prince Edward in good standing; and
• (b) have no outstanding rent payments or major lease violations.
• These conditions must be met at the time of the referral and when the reward is issued.
• 2.2. Referee Qualifications. The referred individual (the “Referee”) must:
• (a) be a new, prospective tenant who has never previously resided at dwell Ho Man Tin or dwell Prince Edward;
• (b) be directly referred by the Referrer; and
• (c) not be present in the property’s booking or tenant system at the time of referral.

3. Qualified Referral:

A referral is considered qualified only when:

• 3.1. The Referee clearly states the Referrer’s full name and room number during their initial inquiry or in the “How did you hear about us?” section of the application form (details provided in the “Additional Requirements” field).
• 3.2. The Referee completes the booking process, signs a License Agreement for a minimum stay of 12 months, and pays all required deposits and the full rental.
• 3.3. The Referee successfully checks in and commences their License Agreement.

4. Reward:

• 4.1. For each qualified referral, the Referrer and Referee will receive HK$1,000 supermarket voucher.
• 4.2. The reward will be processed and issued after the Referee has paid full License Fee and moved into dwell properties.
• 4.3. Rewards are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash (unless specified as a cash reward) or other alternatives.

5. Claim Process:

• 5.1. Referrers are responsible for ensuring their referred friends mention them at the point of inquiry.
• 5.2. Referrers may be required to complete a brief claim form to receive their reward.

6. General Terms:

• 6.1. Referral Program Rules:
• Referrers: Can make an unlimited number of referrals.
• Referees: Must be referred by one referrer only.
  
• 6.2. This Program cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated by management.
• 6.3. dwell Ho Man Tin and dwell Prince Edward reserves the right to review and verify all referrals. Any suspected fraud, misrepresentation, or abuse of the Program terms will result in disqualification from the Program and potential revocation of the reward.
• 6.4. All decisions by dwell Ho Man Tin and dwell Prince Edward management regarding the qualification of a referral and issuance of rewards are final.

7. Program Modifications or Termination:

• dwell Ho Man Tin and dwell Prince Edward reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, or these Terms and Conditions, at any time and for any reason, with or without prior notice.
